Gaylene provides beginning and intermediate QuickBooks classes but specializes in Advanced QuickBooks seminars for CPAs and accountants, teaching them how to use the tools within QuickBooks to better serve their clients.

Gaylene Lewin EA, owner of Total Business Concepts, has been in the accounting field for more than 30 years. She built a business by helping her clients fulfill their potential. The clients operate across a wide range of industries and include private and public companies as well as closely held and family owned businesses. 



As an accountant for one of the largest CPA firms in Idaho and auditor for FDIC her wide range of experiences have presented opportunities to write software reviews for trade magazines; author articles for accounting associations and business journals; provide seminars and consulting services for Spokane Community Colleges, Small Business Development Center and the SBA; and become a national speaker and contributing author for a renowned tax seminar firm.
